以琺瑯材質製作的器皿，擁有質地輕巧，表面平滑不易沾黏、好清理的優良特性，且兼具良好的抗菌與抗酸性。同時隔絕了金屬面與食物的直接接觸，故而能夠保有食材應有的原始風味。

Petromax 的貼心小設計：
Petromax琺瑯製品外圈都是304不銹鋼包邊，一方面可以避免邊緣碰撞掉琺瑯漆，但是主要原因是這樣的作法可以減低邊緣的溫度，在就口引用熱飲的時候比較不會燙口。

貼心小提醒：
琺瑯碗嚴禁空燒與進入微波爐調理
琺瑯碗抗酸、易清潔，不易殘留食物味道
琺瑯碗清洗完畢，自然晾乾即可
使用時須小心撞擊以防造成琺瑯層脫落
琺瑯碗如有食材顏色殘留時，可使用小蘇打粉搭配熱水浸泡即可恢復原本的顏色
琺瑯製品需以人工上釉料再經過高溫 800 度燒結，邊緣處釉料會比較難以附著，所以容易產生氣泡與不均勻感，這都屬於琺瑯製品的正常現象，非瑕疵品
